The registration fee includes conference admission, conference catering, admission to the evening reception, and, where indicated, one or two nights’ accommodation at the Hotel Gut Brandlhof.
Registration
Please register via the buttons above on our registration page. Individual conference sessions cannot be booked. You will immediately receive a confirmation of registration from us, and an invoice will be sent to you in a separate email. Please do not transfer the fee until you have received the invoice, and be sure to include the invoice number. Your registration will not be finalized until payment has been received in our account.
Program Changes
The LKR Leichtmetallkompetenzzentrum Ranshofen reserves the right to change the conference program at any time as needed. If individual speakers are unable to attend, the participation fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made via the individual registration link. It is possible to transfer the ticket to a substitute participant. Cancellations of tickets that have already been paid for are not possible.
Liability
The liability of the LKR Leichtmetallkompetenzzentrum Ranshofen and the liability of our contractual partners in connection with the event (e.g., owners of the event venues, etc.) for damages, in particular those resulting from accidents, damage, loss, or theft, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.​

Privacy Notice pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR
The personal data you provide during registration will be processed by LKR Leichtmetallkompetenzzentrum Ranshofen GmbH (Lamprechtshausenerstraße 61, 5282 Braunau, +43 50550-6900; office.lkr@ait.ac.at) for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. You cannot attend the event without providing this data. If you give your consent, your contact information will be processed after the event to send you information about activities related to the LKR Leichtmetallkompetenzzentrum Ranshofen.
During the event, AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH (Giefinggasse 4, 1210 Vienna, office@ait.ac.at, +43 50550-0) will take photographs and, where applicable, video recordings for the purposes of internal documentation, post-event reporting, and providing information about future similar events. The recordings are made based on the legitimate interest in creating accurate documentation and providing information about the event through images.
A selection of the photographs taken will be published in AIT’s customer and employee magazine, on social media platforms, and on the AIT website, where they will be accessible worldwide, including in countries without an adequate level of data protection. In countries outside the European Economic Area, there may be no data protection supervisory authority or data protection principles. You may not have data protection rights, or you may not be able to seek legal remedies before an independent and impartial court to, for example, obtain access to your personal data or to have the data corrected or deleted.
Following the event, image data will be stored for a minimum of 15 years. The image data will then be deleted once it is no longer needed for documentation purposes, follow-up reporting, or to provide information about events with similar themes.
Unless you give your consent to be contacted beyond the end of the event, your data will be deleted after the event concludes.
You have the right to request information about the personal data stored about you. Furthermore, you have the right to have data corrected or deleted. Under the specific conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data or its transfer. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data.

If your data is processed based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the time of withdrawal.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations, you may file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, the Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at) is responsible for handling complaints.
